this is a great product to understand how to transfer ground force energy into your golf swing and increase club head speed. Previously I understood this concept and tried half cut tennis balls to simulate how the lead leg is supposed to work with the swing. The tennis balls split open after prolonged use and dont work effectively. I bought this training aid and watched several youtube videos to understand how to use them. Side note: I was very curious why there is a very limited number of videos especially for chipping and putting. I started with the orange pedal before moving to the harder yellow pedal; this took 2-3 weeks. At first attempt, I would recommend to use this for practice swings until you are comfortable hitting a ball but dont expect immediate results. After feeling comfortable, you should switch to hitting balls. I consistently gained about 15 to 20 yards on Drives, and about half a club on mid-irons. These are expensive for mold injected rubber, but they are effective and far easier to work with than half cut tennis balls.

I bough this product after using it with my pro- it's now my favorite way to warm up my swing! Just started using it, but it is helping my timing and yardage already. So easy to throw in my bag and take to the range. Sturdy, rugged, a good value for the money. Can't wait to see how it improves my game when my league starts up later this Spring!

Cannot dispute that it clearly feeds back to me the correct shift of weight. Far better than cutting a tennis ball in half and using that. But why the heck are golf training aids so darn expensive? Ridiculous.

The Force Pedal training aids will help you to use the ground more effectively in your golf swing. This has to be one of the most beneficial training aids I've ever owned. Watch the videos to become more familiar with the drills and this system will get you on your way to playing better golf. Force Pedals will help from full swings down to chipping and putting. I've even used these to help my son with loading in his baseball swing and for kids it's not always easy to explain to them so these help create a feel to help reinforce what your trying to get through to them. Put these in your golf bag. You won't regret it.

Sent me a pre-opened and USED product which appears to have just been repackaged and resold. At regular price.

I think that the product does get me to use the ground for more leverage but, at others have stated, the price is too high for what you get. I do find that it works better than tennis balls cut in half because the firmer one gives much more resistance than a tennis ball but something like an angled rubber door stop would probably work just as well.
