Huge Success Solving Big Problem
My 90 year old Mom loves to color and was unable to move a TV tray to get up since she has back problems. She also has Alzheimers and things easily get confusing. With back problems it's challening for her to get up easily. I installed this amazing product in a few minutes and she was thrilled to be able to easily swing the tray in front of herself to color. When she was done, she pushed the tray out of her way and could use the handle to help herself up.It is a miraculous solution to a very challenging problem. It was super easy to put together and to install. I would love to have had a few more adjustments on the exact location but the leg of the chair fit in a funny way on the plate that stabilizes it. There is a flat part, then the place where the handle comes up and another flat part. If the flat part that slides under the chair was a little wider it would be perfect. Now it's almost ideal and still works because the tray is really maneuverable. It's not exactly level which makes me a bit wonky, yet works for reading the paper, playing with her games and coloring.I am so thrilled with this purchase and the quality of the product and would highly recommend it for the elderly who will easily be able to swing the table into the exact position to eat, sew, read or do a project. This version has a compartment tray attached for a few of her colored pencils, and a drink holder, although because it's not exactly level I might avoid the drink holder. She is thrilled and had not problem pulling and pushing it as it swings with the perfect resistance. My sister was so excited she said, I need one for me while I am on the couch doing crossword puzzles so my neck doesn't hurt with the book on my lap.Very high quality and a life saver for the elderly.

Extremely study, easy to set up, works very well
Extremely study, easy to set up, and works very well. My Dad needed a desk/platform for eating/working at his favorite chair, and requires assistance when rising from sitting to standing - and the Able Tray was perfect! The screws were a bit tight to screw-in, but this will help them stay in place. Was impressed that you can ensure stability and that the tray is level with the screws. I highly recommend this item - you will not be disappointed!

Made my gaming station!
This table exceeds my expectations. It is strong and well made. I have severe pain problems sitting at my computer so I have set this up at my couch. My 22" monitor fits on the table and I arrange the keyboard and mouse on my lap. I can put my feet on the ottoman and relax back while gaming or paying bills. The table rotates two ways so I can position the monitor how I want it. (The table arm rotates around the vertical stand, and then the table itself rotates about its center. This also means you can orient the utensil tray toward you or away from you.) It has a leveling screw too which is a nice touch. Very easy to put together.I think I will get some straps to secure the monitor mount just in case someone bumps it, but the table carries its weight very well. The only thing I would have liked is if it could lower just one more notch; that would be a bit better for the LCD monitor viewing angle, but that's a minor detail and only a problem when I scrunch down and even then I just have to tolerate a bit less brightness. For that matter, lowering it would interfere with my keyboard. Different monitors may have different viewing angles though so your results may vary. The only way to improve on that would be to physically mount the monitor to something that rotates it vertically for you, but that was more expense or trouble than I wanted. For my needs, I like the table's small size. I can rotate my monitor out of the way. A bigger table would be in the way when I get up and down. This table is just about perfect for what I wanted to do. With the monitor on it, there is no room for much else, but that's what I wanted, basically, a table to make a comfortable, reclined gaming station.EDIT: I've moved this station to a recliner. It works great. The rocker/recliner support does not fit exactly on the Stander pads; the pads need to be slightly closer together, but it is fitting just barely and functioning well enough. The recliner is a Best Home Furnishings rocker/recliner; these don't have four legs like a regular chair but a frame support thing underneath. The whole setup is working well, and I don't think it would have worked with any other table. I am so glad I got this, I love it.If you want to be a perfectionist and are a handy carpenter, you could make up a couple boards, one slightly thicker, to put under the recliner feet. This would give more stability to the Stander, and would even out the slight (about 1/4") tilt. Right now I'm just using a couple furniture floor protectors under the opposite feet. So this is very doable, if you're looking to make a recliner gaming chair, using this Stander Tray.

A fantastic tool for the disabled
This product is a wonderful tool for anyone that has difficulty moving around. We added this Assist-A-Tray to my husband’s recliner that helps him stand. It is great for eating, holding a beverage and reading. The 360 degree turning radius is so easy to use and very convenient! Easy to assemble.

Well Made and so useable!!
My son purchased this for me after I came home from hospital back last spring. All I can say it is fantastic. It provides me with a safe place to eat, read and watch TV.. It is very stable and and all I had to do was add a chair. I can even do my sitting execersizes sitting there. Although I can walk to a table, I just love this so much, it has become part of my living room and I use it all the time! Easy to clean and does not look obtrusive or "out of place". Thank You!!!

Good product BUT
Purchase this for my dad. Product works very well nice tray convenient cupholder cleans up easy. The only issue is the chair gets to be a little lopsided because when you put the base under the legs of the chair, you cannot do it on the other side. I called customer service to see if they would sell me the an additional side so I could level the chair out they I was told that was not an option and you just use cardboard from the box it came in. I think that something that probably needs to be addressed by the company because all you need to do is take that one long piece cut it in half and slide it under the other two legs on the other side and would be completely leveled out and I would been happy to pay for it. Otherwise fantastic product .
