This oil is high quality and you can tell it has a lot of Arnica infused into it.There are a lot of Arnica creams being sold at health food stores. Beware! The most popular of these creams is a homeopathic formulation (which means there is very little to no arnica in the cream because they dilute it repeatedly) and is in a petroleum jelly base - which is anything but healthy. Do yourself a favor and avoid that artificial stuff and try this Arnica infused oil instead.

Have a bad knee. Use this before and after workout. Works very well. I mix it with my favorite lotion.
