I began taking it to help with severe insomnia. I am so glad it's helping me already. I have only been taking it for about 10 days, twice a day and I have begun to feel drowsy around 11pm. I'm able to fall asleep and stay asleep for 4hrs straight already. This is a big deal for me as I couldn't fall asleep till 4 in the morning and could only sleep for 2 hrs max. Plus I feel relaxed even with 4hrs of sleep. I'm confident that continuing to take this herb will create more regular sleep. I'm very happy with my purchase and the quality of the product.
