It Works!
I have been having a hard time studying for licensure, due to stress and anxiety that it is causing. I have also been taking stem cells for brain, which I purchased from bodyredesign website. Stem cells takes a while to kick in, so I decided to do some research and the good Lord, led me to tiktok, where I located a video of a man discussing how Bacopa helped him with studying, while in college. I decided to give it a try. I bought this powder form of Bacopa last week and I am already seeing a difference. It’s hard to fathom something could work so fast but it is. I thought it was a placebo but I’m too smart to be fooled. It is not! My body keeps score and there’s no way to trick the nervous system. As I write this review, I just finished my cup of Bacopa, which I boiled over stove with water and I am so calm and hyper focused right now. The taste is not great. It is very bitter like coffee and taste like tree bark but it works! Thank you, LORD, for providing every natural supplement on earth to heal the body.

It's stupidly amazing with a weird smell, and a horrid taste. But, it works wonders.
Well. Bacopa. What a product.I haven't gotten this in a powder form before, but powders are usually cheaper, and you can just fill some capsules(I use 00 ).Now, the powder itself is very fine. VERY light and thin, with an almost flour like feeling. It doesn't really stick to anything, so putting it in some capsules is pretty easy. There are some powders that don't do this. The quality is wonderful, and after some time taking bacopa, you can really tell a difference. The feeling of clarity and relief from brain fog, in combination with other supplements, is phenomenal. I take Vinpocetine, Rhodiola, gingko, and Choline Bitartrate as part of a combination for the brain. Now, the taste and smell. L O L. The smell is like dirt. The taste is something I could imagine out of a lovecraftian horror. It's horrid and nightmare-ish. Taking in capsule form isn't too bad, and you definitely should take it with something so that you don't burp it up. However, even with it tasting similar to what could be poison, the use of it is amazing. I would gladly talk with C'thulu for how well this works.Overall, fill this into capsules, take for an extended period of time, and enjoy!

helps me relax & sleep
I make a mix of more or less equal parts (heavier on the Bacopa I'd say) of bacopa, ashwagandha, and GABA, and I drink1-2 tsp of that in water or juice before bed. Sleep like a rock straight thru the night and wake up at full attention, if you know what I mean. Seriously, I don't have trouble falling asleep, but usually I will wake up wide awake after about 4 hrs. Bacopa helps me sleep more deeply, straight through the night.I don't always take this potion before bed, but if I do, the results are pretty reliable. The Bacopa taste is not pleasant, but it's not that bad - kind of like dirt - not a problem at all drinking it down.

No problems at all
The flavor of Bacopa goes well with coffee, my preferred way to take herbs and supplements. I've only taken Bacopa for three weeks in an effort to cure brain damage done by Cipro prescribed by an Md. They prescribe Cipro for UTI's when a half tsp of baking soda taken twice a day is a better remedy with no side effects. I didn't learn that in time. I lose my balance unexpectedly quite often. So far I can't say that that my symptoms are much different but it hasn't been very long. I was able to procure a generous amount of Bacopa from Banyan, a half pound should provide 200 1/4tsp doses, I take that twice a day so for $16 I have 100 day's worth, not bad at all. I've had no negative effects from Bacopa so I can afford to up the dose to 1/2tsp and have a cost of about $10/month, cost is not a problem, side effects are not a problem and more likely than not I'm benefiting from it so it's quite good imo.

Works as well as the bacopa capsules I've used and is less costly in the long run.
Have used bacopa monnieri on and off for more than a decade, now. When I first bought it, it was due to my having mistaken it for some other supplement, one which is said to be good for regulating blood sugar. After a bit of online research, I found that bacopa supposedly increases the rate of hair growth. Long story / short, over a period of 14 days I allowed quite a goodly amount of the herb to steep in jojoba oil, plus, while awaiting the end of the two week steeping period, I took two capsules every night for those same two weeks, as well. When the infusion was finally ready for use, I laced my scalp with a bit of the oil, and, after a just a short while, sat down to play a timed word puzzle game on my PC. I'd always failed to beat the timer, but enjoyed playing the game anyway. The difference on this particular occasion, however, was that not only did I beat the timer, but I beat it multiple times, and with time to spare at the conclusion of every game. It took me a minute to catch on that I was actually winning instead of losing the game, and that it had to be due to the bacopa I had been taking, as well as to the fact that, at that very moment, it was also being absorbed into my scalp. Doing a quick Google search, I finally learned of the connection between bacopa monnieri, memory, and cognition. Some facts to take into consideration: bacopa may cause drowsiness (I take mine just before bedtime), as well as vivid dreams. It may also cause an increase in urinary frequency. You may find yourself remembering all sorts of facts, trivia, and incidents from things learned, or from events which may have occurred decade back. Some of these remembrances may be startlingly vivid. This particular product works as well as any bacopa supplement I've tried. I don't like the bitter herbal taste of it, though, but preparing gelatin capsules can be messy and wasteful, so I put up with the taste of it, anyway. By doing so, I have saved money in comparison to the cost of buying the encapsulated form. What I do is prepare a tea by steeping a teaspoonful of the herb in a glass of warm water, and then drink the mixture an hour before bedtime.
