Moreover if you exercise then it's really great for you to increase your metabolism... Consume it before your workout... And aahh! The apple cinnamon is so strong.. It is best when you are having a really hectic day and you want something really calming... It is the best option as it will give a good kick to your mind...Now let's talk about the chamomile infusion bags.. On being made, they are so fresh and flowery... It's like it can wake you up instantly or energize you anytime... I have made a habit of consuming this at night... After all the day's heavy work it relaxes you and calms you down... Superior taste and quality.

The quality of tea was so good and it was refreshing. But now, I found the taste not like before. I had become light , seems as if the quality of chamomile is poor. Really felt bad.

Tea is good...Brew in hot water easily but less relaxing...Overall you can go for it but better chamomile available than this.

Good taste and aroma

So I came across this product cause my dietician recommended having chamomile tea for better sleep(until then i was clueless about existsnce of chamomile for jnproving sleep quality and reducing anxiety). I saw reviews and compared many tea brands on amazon and made up mind only then. It's slightly costly than other brands here. When I started taking this each night, for few days I remember feeling drowsy throughout the day but after a while I got used to this tea and slept peacefully at night. Only tea wont do wonders, try to sleep immediately after having tea do not stick to phones cause staying awake despite drinking this will make your anxiety worse so I would advice resting for good results. At starting you might find your mind at ease and numb as well but no worries once you get used to it you won't mind the taste as well as good aftereffects.Thanks
