I found this product during a search for a fiber supplement that was unflavored and wouldn't turn everything I mixed it with into a gross slimy gel. Great Gut promised easier bowel movements, a healthy gut, no flavor, and easy blending. Plus, you get a good number of servings in the tub.The Good:The dose is small. Just a small scoop (1t).Blends easily, especially into warm beverages, soups, and warn cereals, so you can have fiber in your coffee or tea!Very little flavor. What is there is a bit sweet, but unnoticeable in most foods.Bowel movements are definitely better - easier, more formed, more regular.The Bad:It doesn't always dissolve well in colder liquids, but is fine in cold yogurts and puddings.I don't use Great Gut all of the time, as I have a pretty good whole foods diet with tons of fiber, but I use it as needed and it always works, in a very gentle and efficient way.

I've had digestive problems forever now. When the pain hit, I was uncomfortable, frustrated, annoyed, and embarrassed. I just wanted to feel like my old self again. This stuff works for me. Feeling a difference in energy and good with yogurt. Seems to regulate regular bowel movements and digestion.

Excellent product, and excellent service. It mixes very well, very little taste (allowing it to mix effectively into whichever drink I choose). I have only been using it for a week or so, but have had no bloating or gas, or other issues, so far. Looking forward to seeing the effects over a couple of months. Ill also look to continue to add to the dosage (as recommended) to see what happens. Ill repost if I see any changes.I started out alittle skeptical, had many questions about the formula, but Brad at Great Health was very responsive in answering them. Terrific product and company. I’ve been using this prebiotic supplement for about 10 months now and it makes me feel really great and I’m extremely healthy. I love it so much I even got my elderly mother who has stomach issues to start taking it and she says it is definitely helping. I like how it blends several different prebiotic sources into one formula. Most of the other brands it is just one source. Either that or it’s all from food so you have to be more careful with how you store and handle it. I have spoken with Brad the owner personally and he is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue taking and recommending this product. Thank you great gut!

The 2 first days my tummy works great but after that everything goes like always… 😞 I still taking it but I don’t think it’s helping me.

This product is an important addition to your morning coffee, tea or smothie to fix your gut biohme and insure that your digestion, assimilation and elimination are all functioning at the highest level.

I typically use a different prebiotic, but Amazon was sold out of it for a while. I had done some research on this product. It appeared impressive with multiple types of prebiotics, so I thought I would give this a try. The taste was fairly similar to the prebiotic I usually take, maybe slightly grainier. I increased the dose per the instructions on the canister. This prebiotic actually constipated me, which I did not care for. The constipation remained. My regular prebiotic didn't do this to me. I went back to my previous prebiotic (once it was back in stock) and my constipation issues were relieved. I was back on track. I am sure that this prebiotic works for many people. It just didn't work for me.
