Smaller than I thought. It's the right size for my recipe that uses 2 gallons of milk

fairly good, could not fully understand the reason for changing diameter of the outer form.
I am puzzled by the inclined peripheral surface of the form. the compression generating circular disk is a bit small for the cyclinder at the top and then the diameters get closer to each other. I have assumed that the plastic form will get larger at the base in repeated use because of the internal pressure?? I thought this must be the reason to make the form narrower at the bottom.. didn't use it much but it's my problem. the one time I used it, I had a lot of water leftover from the milk, which I have made use in bread making; I used the bottom water instead of water for my bread and obtained a healthier result..

Perfect size
I liked that this can go in the dishwasher. I had hoped that the cloth was more tightly woven, but I was able to rinse it out and reuse it.

NICE BUT TOO LARGE
I bought these to make soft cheese such as Ricotta. The molds are well made but too large/wide. You would need a gallon of milk to fill the mold with curds.
