Best wax on the market!
For some reason, this is the best wax out there, and over the years, I've tried EVERY wax for hair removal. I always had pale skin and very dark hair (as a kid I was bullied for hair on my upper lip, heavy brows, etc.) I have tried everything in salons, at home, you name it. This is the only wax that just works, without pulling my skin or leaving redness or missing hairs. I heat it up in a pan on water on the stove, apply, take it off, and I'm done. I've tried the melting pots, the organic wax, wax rollers, the honey and lemon (and Nair gives me a rash). This just costs less, and works great every time without any irritation. I had trouble finding this, and now I'm happy to have it again.

This is the best cosmetic wax I have used!
I tried Surgi-wax for the first time maybe 15 years ago. Someone let me try a soft wax that comes with wax removal strips, but I could not get the hang of using that. With this wax, you heat it in the microwave until it reaches the right consistency, and apply with a spatula that comes in the box. The wax is easy to use, and works perfectly for me.

Silky Smooth!
I use this product for myself and my husband. I use it for my upper lip. It works great and I have no problems even though I have very sensitive skin.I tried this to get rid of the hair that grows on my husbands ears and now he's hooked too! Of course I do it for him and I make sure the wax isn't so liquid that it would drip into his ear canal. I do each ear in two sections and when I'm done his ears are hair free and as smooth as a baby's bum!

Worked the first time I used it. After the first use it hardly removed any hair. Started using it for my eyebrows.

Not the best...
The tiny pot that the wax comes in has a little handle so you can carry it after it's been heated without needing to wrap towel around it, which is nice. But it only comes with 2 small applicators per box and it says you have to stir the wax to get it all to melt. The wax in the center melts, but the rest sticks to the edges of the pot and remains hard. I tried to scrape the unmelted wax off of the walls and mix it all together, but it broke applicator which is made of wood and very flimsy. So I used a metal knife, but it didn't really work either because the wax just stuck to it.After waxing my eyebrows and upper lip once I found that no matter how much I tried to heat the wax, about half of it remained hard and stuck to the walls of the pot. I tried everything to get it to melt, but nothing worked and the remaining wax was unusable. I just ended up throwing it away. So I can see why it's not necessary to give people more than 2 applicators. It seems like a well priced product, but when you factor in the wasted wax it's not as good of a deal. The wax itself worked well though. I did like that it wasn't the regular clear honey color because it's easier to see exactly where you're applying it- especially helpful with eyebrows. This product is probably best suited for beginners because it comes in it's own container and doesn't seem as prone to getting overheated and possibly burning skin. Other waxes I've tried get much hotter and need to sit on the applicator for at least 15 seconds before I can apply without burning myself. There was no wait time with this one. It was more like I was trying to get it on my skin before it got too cold to use. I ended up reheating it a lot, which is annoying. But if you're worried about burning yourself then it could be a good option.
