I wanted a service bell for my shop, but didn't want any old plain jane option.The smiley face seems to entertain and disarm customers that use it. So very pleased with that.Loud and unintrusive sound overall.Have definitely dropped it many times and keeps on ringing as it should.Only costs a few dollars and is well worth it!

So this adorable bell is the hit of our bowling alley. We "ring" for every strike and every spare, but we also "ring" when going through the "hole". Not an annoying sound, but a happy sound. The face on it says it all. Love the color, quality and happiness of this bell.

The media could not be loaded. This bell was EXACTLY what we needed it for! My little one wants to be a chef when she grows up, so, it was only fitting for us to purchase this bell! The fun little smiley face is a cute addition for the littles!Pros: sound quality is great, perfect size for any kitchen counter, exactly what we needed/wantedCons: the smiley face has some scratches (nothing major), adjustments might be needed for better sound quality, it was SLIGHTLY lopsided (again nothing major)I would definitely purchase another one if we want another style/design!

Love it very loud

The sound is just loud enough to be heard over the usual chatter of 20+ kids yet not annoying or bothersome at all. Kids very quickly got used to the ring signaling transition between activities which makes things a lot smoother. Oh, and as a bonus, being the "bell ringer" for a day is a very coveted classroom reward.
