75 gallon saltwater tank...
Excellent quality and great color. This is installed on a newly setup marine 75 gallon tank. Fits great, and is very thin. The tank also has a glass top and you can see from the photos the light is very intense. The coraline algae is growing well and I have not had any brown algae at this point. I have the light on about 9 hours per day. Very little heat comes from the fixture and has had no effect on the water temp. Cord has plenty of length. Light sits about 3 inches from the top. It has the ability to use both white and blue LEDs together or switch over to all blue. The body is aluminum and the supports are plastic which obviously won't rust. With an optional lighting controller you can use it as a dimmer and switch to moonlight and back to daylight which i highly recommend. I'm very pleased with the quality and would certainly recommend it to my friends.

Nice light for the price
It’s much brighter than the EA. I switched them out and immediately had a huge algae bloom. Once my tank adjusts to this new amount of light it will be great. I have my doubts about a light this long (72”) spanning the tank without sagging in the middle over time and stressing the internal electrical components, so I bought 3 orbit light arms and just set this light on top.I bought this one thinking the white and blue only would give my a bluer tint for my saltwater tank, but that isn’t the case. The EA full spectrum over my other tanks look bluer. A light this big would be a royal pain to ship back so I’ll just keep it. I planned on buying a second one of these eventually anyway and only using the blue.

You won't be sorry.
Super bright! I have a 75 gallon aquarium with African Cichlids set up in my dining room. As soon as I set this light up, it lit the entire room. It's so bright that I do not need to turn on any other lights anywhere in it's vicinity. The night light is also bright. Probably too bright for a night setting, but it looks really nice, though. Both day and night setting reach every corner of my 75 gallon aquarium. For this price, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal. Trust me. I've purchase many a lights. This one by far surpasses them in brightness and sleekness. Just hope it lasts a long time. Now if I could get my glass lids fit properly...

Bright balanced output
I have maintained Marine tanks for over 40 years so have some experience in what works and does bot. This light was purchased to replace a previous LED that lasted 3 years. I use on a 29 high marine tank, nice and bright. Algae growth a bit much if doing 12 hour cycles so you need to adjust time to suit your environment. Color balance is near perfect. It has a basic (on /off switch). The blue and white can be are independently controlled with their dedicated timer module Sold separately for about $15The following are none issues for now but with time may become problems:The clear covering over LEDs is plastic not glass (plastic scratches) and is not fully sealed (Salt can get into electronics)The stand off mounts are clear plastic ( turns Brittle with age) and are held with small metal screws ( will eventually rust).

Best light I’ve ever owned
This light has a beautiful color, lights my tank up beautifully, makes my fish look wonderful, I can see colors that I’ve never seen before in my fish. It is easy to assemble, looks great and works great, all for a reasonable price

Super bright light
Super bright light. I mean SUPER bright! The colors in our Cichlids came alive after replacing our old light with this one. The yellows, oranges and blues all "pop" out of the fish now! Makes our aquarium fun to watch.Red algae started growing in the tank just after we installed it. I've never seen red algae before. It was always green. It's not any thicker than the green was, just a different color. Probably due to the change in light wavelength from our old light. I'd rather not have algae, but I like the red better than the green. Hopefully it is not harmful to the fish.UPDATE Still works like new in Aug of 2019.

Fantastic, looks great, cost effective!
Fantastic and cost effective. Looks great! Works great on my saltwater reef tank. I have new anemones appearing and they glow phosphorescent under the blue actinic lights. Most people will recommend too bright of lights but these work fine. Sunlight at the equator is approximately 6500K and these lights are rated at 10,000k.I bought the timer, too, and it makes the light even better. You can't beat the price for the quality.

Total garbage
The light fixture is solid and doesn't feel cheap, however after 3 months of use, it began to flicker, with the end result of very little light output, the lights now are extremely dim and essentially of no use, barely any light in the aquarium. Definitely would not recommend this manufacturer, the price was right but the performance and longevity was all wrong!
