Fantastic Gluten Free alternative! Tastes like regular pasta! We will be buying again!

These are great! Thankful for different shapes gluten free.

The ditalini pasta arrived a little earlier than predicted, very nice. The price was a little more reasonable than other sellers/brands.It cooked up well with a good texture despite being Gluten Free. I especially appreciated that it held it’s shape well in the pasta salad I made. When we ate the leftovers the day after it still wasn’t crumbling from absorbing the sauce. This was appreciated by Gluten Free and non GF eaters alike, some of which have texture issues. A win for everyone.I do suggest not overcooking it. I followed the instructions on the box for cooking, but it may have cooked 30 sec to 1 minute longer than suggested (we’re high elevation). I salted the water and added a tsp of oil which I stirred into the water with the newly added pasta to help prevent sticking. After cooking it I put the pasta in a sieve and ran a somewhat gentle cool spray of water over it to stop/slow the cooking process. We stirred the ingredients for the salad with care, the GF pasta handled well without falling apart.

Best GF pasta I have ever eaten!

Didn't love the flavor and I've been gluten free for 35 years. They don't get mushy fast, so that's a plus.

Fell in love with this pasta, I hope they bring it back.

I’ve been looking for this type of organic gluten-free macaroni for years. I made Italian bean and macaroni soup and it’s the best ever. I will be ordering this again thank you.
