I have been trying to switch to a clean, aluminum free deodorant for a while and have really struggled. I tried Native and got an armpit abscess; I tried Salt & Stone, and it just smelled like I was covering up my body odor with spices from a spice rack; I tried Hello, and that didn’t work either.Finally, a co-worker gave me the Schmidt’s Charcoal deodorant, and it was the FIRST deodorant that actually worked, and I didn’t smell!!! However, after a week, I felt myself starting to get an abscess again. After some research, I learned that baking soda was likely causing the abscesses, so I purchased the Schmidt’s Sensitive Skin version without baking soda, and VOILA, for the first time EVER, I don’t smell and am not getting an abscess. Bonus: If you are doing a lot of walking and getting chafing, put it between your inner thighs, and no more chafing!The only downsides of this deodorant are that (1) it will leave white marks on your clothes and (2) it doesn’t work as well after you use it consistently.

Smells great, natural!

My husband has very sensitive skin, so we have been trying aluminum-free and baking soda-free deodorants. This one worked well, but had to be reapplied to keep the odor away. He went through a full stick very quickly and for the price, he had to purchase again too soon for our liking.

One stick lasts a long time. The heat from your body will help the deodorant apply so there is not a need to scrub layers on. I would not recommend leaving this in the car because it will melt. Really good natural deodorant, but it does not work as an antidepressant.

If the scent is important to you, and Schmidt’s are pretty strong, this smells like a tropical drink, not just coconut. Hopefully this sensitive formula will not cause a rash

I’ve been using this deodorant for a few years now. It glides on easy and smooth. It smells great but mild bit and overpowering smell.No aluminum to be concerned with.

unless you love clay, that's all this is, is scented clay( or what it feels like) I won't buy it again, it didn't work for us, hubby and myself, follow directions to apply need to warm it up holding it i your pit for a half a min. or so then it applies . but it didn't do what its supposed to. even though my hubby had hyperhydrosis,( he excessively sweats from his pits he still can tell if something will work or not, this product did not for him or me who doesn't have hyperhydrosis.Blessings to all!!! doesn't have a nice fragrance either don't want that smell coming from my pits so back to ol faithful which is carpe, its sticky and messy applyingbit but its worth it!!

I absolutely love this product. I got into natural deodorant because I was getting chemical burns from the large marketed deodorants. I’ve tried all sorts of natural deodorants but the clay aspect of this deodorant is unmatched and solved my problems. Be careful, a little bit goes a long way. Don’t use this product like normal deodorant and cake it one. Two ir three passes and you’re good. You don’t want to use it up fast and be spending that kind of money each week. Overall, great value versus other natural deodorants.
