This is the perfect drone except…
With the most recent firmware update, this drone finally became the drone it should have been on release. DJI, in order to catch the Christmas sales, released it half baked.However, it is a cracking drone now, except one problems remains. At the time of writing, this drone will take 3-7 minutes to acquire satellites before it can take off, on the first flight of the day. This wait drains the battery anywhere up to 4%.That can be a game changer.Currently, my Air 2s is less than a minute to acquire at the same location.This problem is all over the Internet and YouTube.When it changes, I will update this review to a 5 star.DJI have been treating customers with contempt with this drone. Before you buy, make sure you ask DJI when then they intend fixing this issue. Otherwise, it may drive you mad.Edit: A whole plethora of problems have been fixed by DJI and a bunch of new features added. 5 star, I would give it 6 if I could.This drone is best in class

With having the new camera and a bigger sensor low light photography becomes a whole lot better a really fantastic quality piece off gear.

Top of the Range consumer drone
This drone is absolute class, top of the ranger consumer drone, a beginner can use it for the first time (i did) you basically get what you pay for, the only gripe i have, is battery life, although its top of the range in battery performance Vs other drones, realistically you’re only getting about 30 minutes out of it. And replacement batteries are expensive, i would still recommend it.

miserable costumer service
I purchased this item about a year and a half ago, along with 2 years of DJI Fresh Care.On the first use, my very first DJI Mavic crashed into a house because the remote was faulty. DJI asked me to send the drone and charged me for the repairs. The new drone they sent had a faulty sensor and remote, which were both replaced under warranty after it crashed into the water due to a sudden loss of altitude. I want to emphasize that I am an experienced drone pilot and that both incidents occurred in areas without people, otherwise, serious accidents could have occurred.Recently, the drone developed rust and when I contacted DJI, they asked me to send it for repairs under warranty. However, they kept the drone for almost two months and repeatedly asked for payment for the repairs. When I requested to escalate the issue, they kept telling me to wait. I feel that DJI's customer service and repair process are lacking, especially considering the premium pricing of their products. I would like to express my gratitude to Amazon for their assistance.I am disappointed in DJI for their tactics to encourage customers to use their DJI Care or pay for repairs, and I believe their customer service does not match the high standards associated with their products.

The best drone there is
The best drone there is for the consumer market. It’s got amazing features now after the firmware update. It’s easy to learn and use and it’s quite quiet given its size.The video footage and photographs are amazing. You definitely get what you pay for!
