Incredible Value & Performance – A Must-Have for DIYers!
I picked up this MEAKEST soldering kit back in February and it’s quickly become one of my favorite tools in the shop. The adjustable temperature range is a huge plus—it heats up fast and maintains a steady temp, which is crucial for precise work. The LCD display is clear and easy to read, making adjustments simple and accurate. The included accessories are a great bonus—five different tips, quality solder wire, solder paste, tweezers, and a sponge stand—everything you need right out of the box. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned hobbyist, this kit has everything to tackle small electronics, circuit boards, or even wire repairs with ease. For the price, this is a fantastic value. It’s reliable, well-built, and performs just as well as more expensive models I’ve used. Highly recommend for anyone into electronics, DIY, or home repair!

Excellent value!!!
Bought this to solder batteries to a PC board. Worked like a charm! Very well made, comes with a nice assortment of tips. Definitely worth the money.

DECENT SOLDERING IRON AND ACCESSORIES. BUT HOT TO THE TOUCH!
It is a DECENT soldering tool for beginners. The temperature control I'm pretty sure isn't that accurate but it does get hot really fast. The tips are pretty good that comes with it. The solder and resin is pretty good also. The ONLY MAJOR ISSUE is that the handle gets pretty hot to the touch after about 7-10 minutes of use and so you have to let it cool down before trying to use it.

First time soldering here
Never soldered before and was skeptical with it being cheap, (usually $9.99 on sale for $7.49)and how some people's reviews say "just spend a little more money on a better one" but I figured with enough good reviews and it being black Friday on sale, id go the cheap route since for now I just needed it for 1 or 2 things. But I do have to say, first time I used it, it payed for itself!!! Really glad this product worked just as intended. Fixed an old 24v kobalt battery that had a burned trace on the board, that needed to be soldered to bridge the connection, and brought it back to life thanks to this product!! Can't really beat the price for what your getting. And I give it 5 stars for it working as it should without any issues, and the tip looked great still after use(and I did mess up and make 2 little solder balls before I actually figured out a trick and got it to melt good to the tip, and drop it on the connection, and spread it a little. Worked like a charm, the kit comes with everything you'd need to get the job done, and was cheap and easy to use nice grip to the handle, just don't touch the metal by the tip!!! lol

Good quality and comes with interchangeable tips!
Its a good quality, cheap priced, siloldering iron that has interchangeable tips for different soldering tasks, and has a variable temperature adjustment dial, as well as an "off" & "on" switch! It also comes with a mini stand and tip cleaning/wipping sponge, a small reel of 0.8mm solder spool, 5 different tips, and instructions! U can't beat the price and quality!

Accessories
Gets hot and works really good, my complaint is that the extra tips that it came with just fall right out, even when tightening all the way just falls out, only one that doesn’t slip is the original tip it came with, all the other ones do and they’re to small

Soldering iron seems nice, accessories seem basic, buy for the tool
I'm a beginner hobbyist in electronics and bought this iron to learn with. I've used it to solder a small project together, a couple hours' work. I used low melting temp leaded solder and tips I bought separately, both from separate manufacturers. I haven't tested the tips it came with or the solder it came with.I've only ever used the bare bones harbor freight irons.I am very satisfied with the tool. I was able to solder together a whole project and have it work, and it uses cheap easily available tips so I can burn em up and not worry. So long as it keeps working and doesn't break on me for a good while, I'd recommend it.The rest of what comes in the kit is kinda just filler. I dunno if the solder is any good. Didnt try the tips either, bought a ten pack separate. It has a stand and a sponge but they're tiny, minimum viable. There's a generous tub of some kind of flux, which I did use and it worked fine for running wires and such.

DANGER!!! ELECTROCUTION HAZARD!!!
DANGER!!!ELECTROCUTION HAZARD!!!While TRYING to do some soldering, I touched a grounded body of the device that I was soldering on. I saw some sparks, and the GFCI circuit got disconnected. After a quick continuity test, I found out that one of the sides of the 110v plug is directly connected to the metallic body of the iron. And since the plug is not polarized, depending on how you plug it into the outlet will determine if the body of the iron is connected to the neutral or hot wire of the mains. THIS COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE if I did not find out this by accident. Not sure how it got Amazon's Choice label. Even though I was able to fix the issue after I took it apart, I don't recommend it, especially to those who do not have much experience working with electrical circuits. And BTW, tips are horrible and do not hold solder at all.
