Overpriced junk.
I have used this impact for several years and wish I had never bought it. Even the kobalt xtr impact has far more power for a quarter of the price. Milwaukee tools are also good if you still want to pay less but have the name brand.

It's a piece of crap that lacks any real power
I'm a Ford Professional technician and I can explain how big of a scam this gun is, only 600ft R and 700ft F, costing almost $1000. I couldn't even get them to take it back. It's a piece of crap that lacks any real power, ended up getting the milwakee version of this for under $300 and it has I believe 1400ft? in reverse. so 1/3 the price, a 2 year warranty instead of a 1 year warranty and 2.3X the torque.. Furthermore if you have this break outside warranty, Snapon wants almost $400 to fix it. It's a rip off and snappy should stop selling these. The stupid batterys are almost $200 a piece and it's borderline impossabile to get them warrantied.

Heavy Duty
Well worth the investment in a heavy duty repair shop. This impact will remove wheel nuts from big rigs. However I would buy it through a Snap On dealer. Much cheaper.

Over priced
Way way over priced at 600/700 lbs torque Milwaukee is less than 1/2 price with 1200 lbs torque

Buy Milwaukee impacts
DO NOT BUY THIS IMPAC GUN!!!!!!! Waste of money! Just look it up, takes 5 min and see why.

Price is to high
I have one of these and it works great. Its very handy to have. I would not buy it for $1000 though. Snap on dealers sell them for about 780 after tax
