Great tasting. Makes great orange peel tea. I use it for baking instead of orange zest.

Good quality. Even though I could make my own, this orange peel is very high quality, with excellent texture, color and fragrance. It works wonderfully in rye breads, or any baked goods calling for orange peel. It is convenient to use and I keep it in the fridge to protect the fragrance, but it would store well in a spice cabinet or drawer if transferred into a glass jar.

I like this zest. Several months ago I ordered orange zest. Dud’s like it. It came in a big chunks. Grey color. A little smell. It seems like it was over dried. This one I got is great. Chunks are barely noticeable. Bright yellow color. And smell is so delicious. My baking pie was very good.

Pretty fresh and taste good. Would have liked it a little more fine, like a powder.

I put 1 tbsp in my muffin mix and 1 tbsp in the frosting. No orange flavor at all.

Since I can't eat oranges due a medical condition, I had to use dried orange peel zest. I use a lot with my baking and wanted to keep some for inventory. I used some and the orangy smell came out wonderfully. Now I know where to get my zests. It's worth keeping in your pantry.
