Not Color keep in Mind
We have two of these in our offices and they work amazing. I love the easy setup, wireless access, and simple straightforward software program that comes with this. This is perfect for a home office.

quality not met , misleading consumers
we got this printer two weeks back , toady all of sudden stop working , error is not enough memory, call tech support , got advice buy new one.

Well Made All-In-One
I bought this after my last HP Inkjet printer wouldn't allow me to print my tax return because cyan was low. Such a colossal waste of time and money to keep all those inkjet colors filled. And it they seemed to just half the color while "warming" up. Which took about 5 minutes. So decided on an old-fashioned laser printer.So far, I've used the scan and fax, print, and copy features. All have worked very well. The printer wakes up when you send a job to it (unlike a previous Xerox I had). The print quality is very good, even though it uses a PCL driver instead one for this specific printer. (That could be operator error - this wasn't the easiest printer to set up, but it wasn't a nightmare either. Well, other than entering the WiFi password, that got a bit frustrating.)All in all, a good product at a good price point. It would work for any house or small office that just wants a simple printer that is reliable. I would prefer that it was made in the US., but the 1980's are long gone.

Worked good but returned due to power interruption issue
I really like this AIO but a couple issues. When it powers up from sleep it knocks my UPS offline?? The software can be a slight challenge as well. Can't remember the issues offhand but they were not show stoppers. Overall, works great and duplex printing along with the scanner is really good. I will probably plug it straight into the wall but hate not having any surge protection. Guess a power strip surge will have to do.4/2025 Update: Returned via an Asurion policy (good product). Kept interrupting other electrical devices.

is not compatable with apple ipad's
This printer would be fine but it isnt compatible with apple ipads of any kind it will eventually print but takes forever and for a busy business ,its frustrating.

Three months after returning this and no refund.
This unit arrived and stopped working after a day or so. Return was approved and promptly shipped back. Still waiting for a refund. I caution against purchasing!
