Tanzania Peaberry Ground Coffee, Medium Roast, 1 LB Bag, Single Origin 100% Arabica, Roasted in Brooklyn

I’ve had a lot of different coffees, from Arabian to Zanzibarian. This is THE BEST.Very smooth, not bitter at all. Just a delightful cup of coffee. Don’t ruin it with sugar or milk, just enjoy a flavorful coffee that makes me smile instead of gag. Seriously, I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried it and it wasn’t bitter, just .. really nice. Goodbye Starbucks!

This coffee is the kind of coffee you close your eyes and savor that first sipI was reluctant due to the reviews here on Amazon but I had the best experience with this coffee and already bought another one.The robust flavor and subtlety is divine and rich with a smooth nice finish in the mouth.I personally got this particular flavor on accident and loved it immediately.

Coffee arrived in a sealed container, and was very fresh! The coffee smelled great, and made a good cup of coffee in our drip machine (would definitely be better in a pour over or French press). Will definitely be back to try the other Stone Street bean options.

This is pretty great coffee. I live in a perpetual state of laziness and grinding coffee has become one of those things that I just can’t be bothered to do on mornings when I’m in a hurry. Save your coffee snobbery, I totally don’t care. This coffee is ground incredibly fine and I can use it in a multitude of ways... and it tastes great! Sold. My mornings became so much easier, and I’m okay with that.

The coffee is ground so fine that it clogs up in the filter and doesn’t let it drain through. I have to stop the drip to let it drain. Then start again until the pot finishes. If I don’t do this it overflows at filter. I’ve tried 3 pots and has done it every time. Very frustrating because the flavor profile is really good. I unfortunately won’t order again due to this. So sad.

I ordered this coffee after having Tanzanian Peaberry periodically over the years. Even though I ordered it ground, it was very fresh and is a delicious, mild to medium, classic example of Tanzanian Peaberry. It arrived very fast and did not disappoint. It was also quite inexpensive and conveniently delivered.

Received package 8-10-17. Brewed a cup right away. Bitter....bitter....bitter. I flipped the bag over and saw the expiration date for this bag is less than two months away: 10-1-17! That is cutting it a little close. I was so looking forward to this coffee after researching Kilimanjaro Tanzania Coffee (see photo; will refer to it as KTC in this review) that some friends had given us a couple of years ago. This KTC coffee was the best my husband and I have ever tasted. Our KTC coffee supply was getting low. I found out it is brewed with peaberry beans from Kilimanjaro. When I found this Stone Street coffee on Amazon, it was coffee beans from the same area, and I thought "jackpot"! Wrong. After one cup, I knew this $15 bag was going in the trash.I still can't believe they sold me a one pound bag that expires so soon. Bitter coffee. Bad taste in my mouth all around.Thank you Amazon for helping me with this. There is the photo of the coffee in the trash. The dust bunnies in the trash can are probably not happy about it.

The bag I got was very tasty. It wasn't bitter but it wasn't flat like one of those without any acidity. It was right in the middle and it had nice hints of chocolate
