Q: This is a slow growing plant... has anyone gotten any fruit, and if so, how long did it take?

Mine was about 4 inches plus a pretty considerable taproot. In the three months that I've had it, it hasn't show any real signs of growth, though it's still a nice, healthy green. (It is a bit cooler at my place on account of it being winter, so that could account for especially slow growth.) It must reach a height of about 16-24 inches before it starts producing fruit. Most fruiting bushes of this size take 2-5 years to start producing fruit. Specifics about growth rate and years to harvest seem to be kind of difficult to come by for this species.

Q: How many seeds are included?

It was not a seed, but a sapling that came. It's a slow grower and very hardy, probably another 2 or 3 years before it bears fruit.
