Healthy rice krispie treats?!
We always have regular quinoa in the house, but we wanted to try making healthy rice krispies and didn’t want to have to pop our own so these were a game changer! Making our own marshmallows out of marshmallow root + toasting and adding these bad boys in = healthiest (and delicious) rice krispies! Will definitely be buying again

Perfect! but expensive
I loved these pops. They were perfect for the keto chocolate cookies I made. They were consistent in color and texture. They gave my cookie the perfect crunch. My only complaint is that they were a bit expensive and I wish I could find these in my local grocery store.

Beware the calories!
I was so excited to see the calorie count as only 76 for 3/4 cup. However after doing more research (shame on me for not doing more beforehand) I discovered this is difficult to believe.Other products of this type range from 190 to 250 calories per comparable serving.When I contacted the company they told me they use a "special" process.Hmmmm--I highly question this--but what do I know.While the taste is good enough I don't like the feeling I've been misled. It's the old saying....if it sounds too good to be true....And if they do have a "special" process I suggest these other companies climb on board since this is a huge difference in calories.
