Casaphoria Chunky Yarn for Hand & Arm Knitting, Super Soft Giant Yarn for DIY Blanket & Pillow (Beige, 2Lbs)

My daughter requested a purse made out for this yarn. It was great quality and was perfect to make the purse.

The color is beautiful and the yarn is full.

This is a super huge and bulky.I’m encouraged by this as I don’t own a ton of knitting supplies yet, but the weave of this is so large you could look on you tube and figure out how to just hand knit this with minimal to no supplies.I also love the neutral tone. It almost has a bit of blush undertones to it, but it’s solidly off white/ beige, not a crisp white.The feel of it is very soft and cushy and plush.I also have another chenille style chunky blanket that occasionally flakes off bits of material, and this material will not do that at all. It’s all solidly on there and there’s no flakes and bits to fluff off as you use and move it around. So it’s cozy, without making a mess to later vacuum up, which I love.It is a little on the expensive side, but blankets this large are similarly priced, so I feel like it’s actually on point as far as price.Overall I’d recommend it.

These jumbo yarns are amazingly soft and plush. This was my first time hand knitting and I spent hours in total on youtube watching videos on different things you can make. I tried making a blanket first, and realized this was not enough yarn to make a blanket, so I took apart the tiny blanket I made and decided to make a cat bed. This was just enough yarn to make a bed big enough for my cat and she loves it. It does keep a lot of fur and is quite difficult to get the fur out between the yarn. I am planning to throw the whole bed in my washing machine to wash it though, hopefully it stays tied and does not come undone.

I ordered beige and it was definitely a light pink color. I tried to take a video but the camera does not do it justice like it is in person! I was upset because i’m not a pink color person at all :( Although material looked fine

Super soft. I mean super soft! Easy to work with. Ample size for a small throw or knit pillow, which is what I made with some, a "donut pillow". Valued as per other like products. I have been knitting for decades and as far as arm knitting this is some of the nicer "yarn" I have worked with. I have arm knitted a handful of blankets. No complaint or regrets.
