It’s NOT the best tasting I have to admit but a little honey will help with that, however it’s definitely worth the little butter taste. I’ve taken this a few times on days I woke up feeling a little sick and felt great later in the day, I can’t say it was the tea for sure but just an observation. Also my husband drinks this almost daily & hasn’t been sick & he’s a trucker. I will say it could cause some digestive issues (meaning you may go do the doo a little more) but that was our experience.

Goldenseal doesn’t taste very good but the herbal benifit outweighs the taste. I usually mix mint tea with all my bitter herbs. Golden seal depletes vitamin B so “B” sure to supplement and take two weeks on, one week off so you don’t get a deficiency.

OMG, This is the first time I tried this tea, and I hoped for the best. BUT whenever I try something new I always smell it first, yikes, it smells like pencil shavings, then tasting it, it tastes like pencil shavings. But I will not give up on it, I will steep it a shorter time and give it another try or two. I dont trust Rx meds anymore, this is why I hoped this tea would help me. So I will see how this goes. wish me luck
