Came in good packaging, no spill or anything came sealed. Works wonderfully on my hair keeps it smooth and shiny.

The recycled bottles suck but the shampoo is great

The lather is nice, but it doesn't really have a scent. I love my hair to smell good. I think it's really over priced

I have never had a shampoo and conditioner that made my hair as frizzy and dry. Both the shampoo and conditioner are clear colored and thin. Even trying to put on a leave in conditioner for dry hair, it still remains frizzy. When I go outside , the moisture in the air leaves it even frizzier. I loved the "buttery" products and the "raw" products but I can not find them any more. I had hopes and unfortunately, frizz aplenty.

I’m not sure if it’s the biplane shampoo or the matching conditioner, but after using them both, There’s a weird feeling to my hair after it’s dry. It almost feels a little tiny bit greasy. I bought this for the idea that it would help with frizz in the humid months. Since it’s winter now and the humidity is low, I can’t say how it will help control frizz.

This shampoo and conditioner made my roots very oily and my hair EXTREMELY frizzy and dry. I'm extremely disappointed.
