Smooth, lots of color, none dried or damaged.
@creative.karli published the cutest little gnome coloring book and had been sharing how people were coloring them. I learned about alcohol markers from her Instagram account and thought the pages from her coloring book were looking so good that I wanted to try them out. I didn’t want to invest in Copic brand since I literally know nothing and am just coloring with my toddler in our free time for fun. I found these and compared reviews to other “beginner” sets. I was nervous because other brands that were comparable in price had a lot of reviews talking about them being dried out or damaged and I don’t have the mental space and time to deal with that. So I spent four dollars more and got these Ohuhu ones. They arrived two weeks after ordering but they’ve been worth the wait so far. They do bleed a little which seems normal for alcohol markers and now that I’ve colored a few pages I’m getting the hang of them. They have super rich vibrant colors and the color swatch cards were great. I did swatch on normal paper similar to adult coloring book paper though since the swatch cards are heavier and I thought that might affect how they look. I think these would be great for beginners or artistic people who have more skills and interest too. I’d say they were worth the price and honestly I’m enjoying coloring more now that my pages don’t look streaky. The blending tool was also super helpful and works well. None of the markers were dry or busted/exploded.

Long-lasting, quality set
I love this set! Such a great beginner set too; I now pair with the pastel marker collection and I have every color I need. They have lasted me about eight months now, and color so smoothly!

Lives up to the hype!
This is a great value pack with tons of colors! The markers are pretty good quality but from my experience can dry out relatively quickly, although that could just be because I used them for large coloring pages. I've never had issues with them leaking and they provide excellent coverage.

Good value for a nice assortment
Beautiful assortment at a great price. Beware that these are not bleed resistant as noted in the description. They are comfortable to hold and the black covers well.

Dry out :(
The quality of the markers is really nice BUT I feel like the colors are not true to the packaging of the markers when I use the sand like color it looks orange on paper 🤷♀️. I also feel like the markers dry out fairly quickly in my opinion hence the three stars but my coloring pages do look nice for the most part

Excellent Product
I like the markers very much. I knew going in that the markers bleed from one surface to the other, so make sure you put a heavier piece of paper or card stock between pages. The markers are blendable, some of the colors are a bit darker than I expected, drying time is within minutes of putting down the color, and they are blendable. Excellent Product !

It’s good👍
I’m not sure why people say that these markers are bad, but they are AMAZING (for me at least) I think the only thing I don’t like is that there aren’t any skin color shades😔 tbh I think it might be different for other people, it works great for me tho

Beware of dry markers
I should’ve trusted the reviews on here. I’m not sure if these markers sit for a while, are returned, or what. I’ve had a couple markers, brand new with barely, if not any use, start to dry out in the middle of coloring. I was curious and came back to this page to read some others and see that they’re having the same issues and it’s not user error. The shape of the markers I wasn’t expecting (triangular, not round) and does wear on the my inner thumb after drawing a while. The tips of the brush also tend to fray with simple use, and more so when they dry. It’s sad especially when you do research and people are giving a lot of praise to Ohuhu. Some markers are really wet, and others seem dry right out the box new, especially lighter ones. It makes me worried if it’s just a matter of when I get to those markers to really use that then they’ll dry out like the others so far.I’ve only had these markers for one week btw and have only used them really 3 days out of that week? It sucks because when they work, they’re great, but how long are they gonna last?
