This whole food organic natural vitamin is everything that you need has all the checks and balances for a man especially a senior doesn't upset stomach if you look at other vitamins that are whole food and organic they start at about $40 and go up for 30 day supply I did however start bumping up the amount per day to two capsules one in the morning and one in the afternoon just because I'm large senior man and it's worked great have noticed some muscle tone getting better and even clear skin I was not paid by anybody to give this review it's my honest to God review.

No problems, everything as expected

Comes in a white plastic light blocking bottle with an inner and outer seal for protection. Great overall vitamin, with an additional veggie and fruit blend which seems to provide a natural source for the vitamins. I'm happy with it.

Easy to swallow and I love the ingredients. I’m not sure why it’s only for men. Seems to be beneficial for any adult.
