It really works!
I was a bit sceptical about getting these as I’ve tried near enough everything and nothing worked. The tablets are easy to swallow and just after a month of taking these my nails were growing at a faster pace and much stronger too and my bald spots are now growing hair again!!!!

It is good to know that they have vitamins in them, so that must be good. I take them every day.
Yes they are easy to swallow. I don't taste any flavour, that's ok, and I think they are good value for money .

Been taking daily for nearly 3 months. No difference in condition of my nails.

Good product at a great price.
Have recently started taking this Milk Thistle and found it to be very helpful.It really helped during the Christmas/New Year.Taking it everyday to help with liver health.Would recommend this supplement.
