I love fresh air at night and always have my window open, even when it's 20 F outside. If you use two of these in your bed, it's like an oven to keep you warm. They look funny, but it's an ingenious product!

This is easy to fill. Opportunity for how firm or wobbly you want is a wider range than a classic one. It’s helps with my back and abdominal pain but where it really shines for me is it works on my chronic leg pain. It sits right where I need it to cover a hip, thigh and both knees at once. I don’t wear heavy pajamas so I created an extra layer of protection when it’s at the highest temp. Nothing, internally or externally, has given me this much relief. I have dealt with hip and leg pain since I was 16 and relief is lovely.

This is almost like a body pillow that I lay along my real body pillow. It lasts all night. It's so warm I will lay without the comforter on sometimes. Really helps putting me to sleep. It hasn't leaked and I don't suspect it will - the cap fits very tight and will not strip the threads no matter how hard I tighten it. I have rolled on it to get out of bed and it won't pop - but I do recommend the instructions say do not fill it all the way so it has room to expand.

The bottle is really cool. It works great. It is long enough to cuddle with it. The sleeve that it comes in is not very good quality and kind of fell apart for me. But you can wrap it on a blanket or pillow case or buy another sleeve. Water does not spill and my kids love it since we use it to get warm when we go to bed when it is cold.

I got this for period cramps and back painI have a very physical job and im always sore, This thing is amazing I love sleeping with it lol.

Unit would be more comfortable and user friendly if it were round instructions of flat with a seam. Can’t really enjoy around the neck as suggested.
