Q: Can the glasses be worn comfortably over prescription glasses?

They didn't fit very well over my glasses. The LEDs wouldn't fit flush against my face with them underneath which allowed a lot of bright light to get in.

Q: Are these really only meant for colored lights? like reds and greens and not white leds?

These prevent loss of vision due to the "IR" (infrared) and "UV" (ultraviolet) LED's in LED lights.

Q: Can they be used when driving to reduce LED glare from car street lights?

Not recommended. The green lense will make normal vision unsafe for driving.

Q: Do i need these glasses if my led lights don't specifically have uv diodes?

Haha they help a little. You will see spots either way. Just don’t look in the light. I have parfactworks 1500w Cree cob with diodes. I never use my glasses. I don’t think it matters, it’s just these bright ass grow lights are blinding.
