What an awesome little handle heavy duty easy to apply on smaller things like small rakes and I gotta long handled spade that I put on it put it on. It’s perfect. Takes the crick out of the back and off of my wrists and my thumb. I have arthritis in my thumb really bad And I help so much very economical the best add-on tool I have purchased.

Received today and put it on my older shovel immediately. So far works great. Very sturdy. Very easy to put on. Like the way the allen wrench fits tightly back into the handle. Will let you know if it breaks. Ok, adding on to my original review above. Still works great. Hasn’t slipped and is still solid. Would very much recommend

The item quality is good and the hardware is stainless. However, not giving it an excellent ating because the clamp diameter is on the small side. While it would fit a broom handle better, I've affixed it to a snow shovel, which tend to have larger diameter shafts. Considering the fact that most use cases for needing such a helper handle would involve installing it on tool with a larger diameter shaft, the clamp housing should be bigger. The price is fair and it does work.

I bought a couple of these things not knowing what to think of them. After using them, I now have them on every snow shovel I own. The effort to throw snow (I live in ND. We get plenty snow!) is halved if not more. You keep yourself balanced, and your back protected just by this simple addition. Again, I'd give this product 7 stars if I could. They are definitely THAT GOOD!!

I've had 2 of these for about a year, fitted on different tools at various points. Work great on snow shovels, but I also used a pair of them mounted to a tamper to be able to tamp a sloped surface comfortably. Seem very robust and unlikely to break. At first I thought it was silly that the hex key to adjust them was attached right to the handle, but it's actually super useful if the handle starts to wiggle a bit that you can easily tighten it back up without going to find a tool.Only thing I'd like to see improve is for the nuts and bolts to be fully captive so there's no way for them to fall out and get lost when installing or removing the handle. Hasn't happened yet, but could.

These ergonomic handles from Amazon are very inexpensive. A large number of garden tools could be outfitted, 1 per tool with these for possibly less than $100.00. The fit of these handles shouldn’t be a problem-will fit the hands of large &/or tall people, young & old people, from all nationalities, from all countries, 1 handle can satisfy them all. These handles are built so strong, there shouldn’t be any questions about that. Not only are these very strong they’re also very lightweight so much so that some people might think these are for an additional person to use on the same item. The functionality of these handles is absolutely off the charts. If a user wanted to they could angle an ergonomic handle off to 1 side or the other just wherever they want to but, however or whatever the angle is someone decides they want to use these, they can be easily adjusted to that position.

I bought this handle to help me with a cumbersome hedge trimmer.It works very well and for $12 I think it’s really worth it to make yard work a little easier.The handle is lightweight, was easy to install (Just 2 screws to tighten), and seems to be pretty sturdy.I like that it comes with an allen wrench and a place to store the wrench on the handle so you can tighten the screws if they come lose while you’re using it.I installed mine with the exposed nuts facing up figuring that if the screws do vibrate loose this would help stop them from falling into the grass where they would be impossible to find. If you would lose a screw or nut though, they can easily be replaced with one from a hardware store.I’ve been using the handle for a couple of weeks now and it hasn’t come loose at all.One thing that I really liked is that the handle came with a small piece of rubber.Because my trimmer already had rubber on it I didn’t need it, but I saw where people had commented the need for this on other tools and the company responded by correcting this problem.A company that listens to its customers is a rare thing to find these days and is a big plus in my book :)
