Just bought this yesterday on my friend's recommendation. Took one after getting my dinner . Didn't feel any side effects such as nausea or headache as some YouTubers claims. Packaging was neat. I have been using it in combination with other therapies to reduce hair loss, as a natural alternative to Finasteride (though nowhere as potent). No side effects, not really sure how effective though, but seems to slows progression.I liked the fact that it has 80% Fatty Acid, which is supposed to be a measure of quality.
