Feels Like Walking on Springs
I put these insoles in work-boots and not running sneakers. They feel good to walk around in. Like springs, you can feel the energy return.I like the part that contours around the arch for support. They were easy to trim and fit into boots.

Very Uncomfortable
These were very uncomfortable to wear, especially for running. These do not help with performance but make it worse.

Provides extra support in my husband's running shoes
Engineered for runners, these are suitable for that purpose. If you are looking for an insole to alleviate pain due to a specific foot condition, these may or may not work for you. From my understanding, they are made for athletes, runners, etc and designed to support the forefoot when striking the ground. (which is exactly what my husband wanted them for)They are priced higher than many mainstream insole brands. I can't necessarily say they offer anything noticeably different than the less expensive brands. My husband swapped out his old insoles for these and immediately commented on how lightweight they are. He wears a size 10.5 shoe and these fit perfectly. They don't offer any special cushioning nor are they supposed to. He said that he could really feel a noticeable (springy) difference when running, especially after going for many miles. His feet felt aligned properly and he didn't experience any discomfort during use.You need a good shoe with a good insole to get the most out of your run and prevent foot pain. This insole does just that!

Didn’t last a couple months
Omg. Ya initially I thought these were the greatest insoles. Provided support for running and I felt an extra bounce or energy in my runs. After a month my feet started to hurt so moved them to my walking shoes and they are worst then ever. Keep in mind my cheap insoles do not cause any pain.

The arch support I need
This is my second set of insoles, the support is good, I'll keep buying the brand, perfect complement for my Hoka running shoes.

Wow, really good. Alleviates my Morton's Neuroma
I suffer from Motron's Neuroma when I wear shoes without sufficient insole support. It's a pain in the ball area of the foot (from nerve aggravation) that can be quite unpleasant. It has led me to mostly wear either shoes with good support built-in, or else buy inserts to help.I've tried a variety of inserts over the years, and some work pretty well, and some have been no help at all.To be honest, when I took these out of the box, I was skeptical. They are pretty thin, and kind of look like crushed styrofoam. Could they really provide the cushion support I look for?The answer is a resounding YES. I was quite pleasantly surprised to find that these provide an amount of cushion/spring that you would not predict from looking at them. I used them in a pair of my favorite boots that otherwise don't have very good insole support, and I was able to wear them for an extended period with no issue at all. They are sized as marked. I got the 10-11.5 men's size. I'm between a 10.5 and 11, and they're pretty close to perfect. In some shoes, I might have to do a bit of trimming, but they fit fine in the boots I described. See photo for my 10.5-11 foot on top of one.Recommended.
