I should have returned this brick
The original owner of this machine installed a login screen for security. So far, I’m stuck at this screen. I still hold out some hope i won’t have to wipe the hard-drive memory.I hope to leave a proper review of this machine when I learn how to log in.edit:I have never been able to use this tragically beautiful laptop computer. I took it to a repair shop for an estimate at one time. None of us were able to get past the Ansys login-page........ My dearly loved son (in whom I am so proud) died in the ukrainian war last fall. I forgot about the urgency to return this unfortunate laptop. For a happy life, you will need to do several things differently than I did. Good luck. WAIT. I also paid for Asurion laptop protection plan. Maybe they can help this laptop.

this is JUNK! Only worked for one month then completely shut down.
I enjoyed this computer.... while it worked.... which was only for a month or so! I will never again buy a "refreshed" computer.
