Works great
Fired up SF2 Turbo on fightcade immediately after installing this and my moves came out very well. This is a very tactile feeling. Think similarly to that of the PS Vita D-pad, just with more surface area. It feels more independent.Install process was very easy. Just layer one PCB ribbon over the other + plug the buttons. There's a video on Extremerate's YouTube channel. I will say one thing: one of the button membranes included was torn, but they sent me two of every rubber part so it ended up not being an issue.

Very Easy Install
Extremely easy to install, and makes a massive difference. I no longer ghost click buttons. Even in games I didn’t think I’d care about having these buttons in, it made a big difference. Definitely going to swap it into all of my controllers.

So far so good
Install was super easy and so far so good..Great to bring back my day 1 ps5 controller who’s buttons were getting worn out so instead of buying a new ps5 controller swapped out the Og for the clicky and works wonders good luck.

Amazing
Definitely a worthwhile upgrade, the clicky action with the short travel distance now is perfect.

Seems like a good quality part, jury still out on feel.
This feels like a good quality replacement part, the flex circuit is significantly thicker and feels much sturdier than the stock part, this almost certainly has to be that way to support the actual tactile switches without tearing. In any case, build quality inspires confidence. The result is a very short stroke button and D-pad feel with a positive click. It doesn't feel as good as the face buttons and D-pad on my Mobapad, and I'm still not 100% sure I would call it an improvement from the stock dualsense button and D-pad feel, but that's a subjective question. Objectively this does what it claims, and seems well made. If you want clicky face buttons and D-pad on your dualsense this will make it happen.

Not That Easy to Install and Didn't Work with Supplied Parts (Update)
Update:Customer service has worked with me on this and ultimately it is working. I want to say I am very happy with the response of the company, but I can't in good conscience give this more than 3 stars. The reason is because the companies recommendation for the dpad right button not hitting consistently was to stick a piece of printer paper over the pad, it did work, but as a company recommendation that tells me they know there is a problem with some of these. I can't imagine a Microsoft or Dell telling someone to stick some paper in their products to fix it. The buttons when they work feel really fast clicky and responsive. This should be a pretty easy install, but first thing the way the board is built it doesn't hold in place very well when the controller has hooks built in, why wasn't this designed to utilize those hooks? I had to use some electrical tape to hold it in place. Then unlike the video they made showing how to put it together, they don't supply the rubber pieces for the Dpad which would have been perfect they only supplied a rubber membrane which made it where the Dpad right button didn't make consistent contact. I took one of the extra rubber peices from the buttons and cut it to fit in the Dpad then cut out that slot in the membrane so it would fit and used the rest of the membrane peices for the buttons that did work, now all buttons are working, but if the rubber peices in the video were supplied this wouldn't have been a problem. From my experience with extremerate, they are excellent with BDM-010 kits, but have no clue when it comes to BDM-020 kits.On the plus side the buttons feel great when you get them to work and are nice and clicky. Was just a pain to install. Without proper pieces.

Feels great
Installing took some time and patience but wasn't terribly difficult with the youtube videos out there. I'm very satisfied with the feel of the buttons now.

Face buttons sink
Silicone under the face buttons gets smashed eventually. Mine happened after a week of Tekken play.I opened it up hoping the silicone just came out, but they are smooshed in. See picture comparing the 3 used buttons vs the one new silicone.
