Great so far!
I’m very happy with my purchase! Although I’ve only been using the device for a short time, it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I reached out to the brand directly with a few questions and their customer service was excellent—very responsive and helpful. The quality of the helmet is great, it’s easy to use, and from all the research I did beforehand, it uses high-end technology. So far, I’m really pleased!

Great start!
Great experience so far being that the item is well made. I am just starting the process of using it so too early to list results. Having used it a few times, though, I would say it is very easy to use.

iRestore Pro
I am a male, mid-thirties, experiencing early stage androgenic alopecia. This product was shipped to me as described and in full working order approximately 7 weeks ago. I refrained from writing a review until now because I wanted to use the product first and describe my initial experience. During the first 3-4 weeks of use, I noticed a significant increase in hair shedding above baseline--this is considered normal as the red light therapy is believed to encourage new hair growth resulting in telogen effluvium. For the last 3 weeks, I noticed a marked reduction in hair fall, which has been a relief. I have also recently noticed some new smaller hairs popping in around my temples and frontal hairline. I will continue to use the product as instructed (once, every other day) with the hopes of seeing significant improvement at the 6 month mark.

My family notices the difference
My hair was starting to get thin in the front, and the hair pills and Rogaine didn't seem to work. I bought this laser red light therapy cap, and I have been using it for about 8 months. The red light doesn't hurt or feel too hot. The cap is comfortable. My hair does feel thicker. My family has been commenting on how my hair looks better so I think it does work. It might take a bit for the new hair to grow in though.

Optimistic about the results from the device
I just started using it, so I can't update on the results. The device is easy and convenient to use, looks professional. Very pleased that I purchased it and that it only needs to be used 3 times a week to get results.

Expensive - but it definitely works.
I’m 43 and have been doing minoxidil and propecia for about 15 years or so. The game plan was to slow down the hair loss until there is a “cure.” My dad and brother have a lot of hair loss so I have been regimented with those for years and have done a great job keeping mine. Recently though, I noticed hair getting a little thinner and hairline falling back some. So I needed to do something extra. This was a very expensive purchase but picked this one because it has a better coverage including the front of my head where I wanted it most. I look like an idiot wearing it, but have been doing it just under 2 months and this thing definitely works. I added this to my usual hair loss prevention I mentioned before. I do this Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I just sit while I watch tv and have it do its thing. No exaggeration, in this short time period my wife has recently said many times “your hair is defiantly thicker.” I can also tell. In fact, my hairline literally grew back an extra row of hair and then even in my widows peak area above my temples has hair growing back just outside of the extra row of hair that grew back. It is kind of crazy. Honestly, I should have done this years ago. So, long story short, it is very expensive, but if you do it religiously, it will work (along with propecia and minoxidil). I do topical propecia. It was so effective, my wife also uses it now. Also, it was so effective I bought my wife the red light mask thing this same company sells.

Very Expensive for something which runs rather hot, looks dorky and might not work at all.
Since hair can fall out if the heat is too hot... kind of makes you wonder why they didn't build a small rotary fan that is designed to be built right into the helmet. There are slits on the top as if the heat might go out that way; but they are just teeny slits; which basically do nothing to actually vent any heat. How hot does it get after 25 minutes? Afterwards it is definitely 'warm'.It is so warm, I would probably recommend that one do it in three incremental tries instead of one 25 minute session. You can do that by holding down the ON/OFF for about 5 seconds and it will cancel the 25 minute session.Three 8 minute sessions would, most-likely, be healthier for your hair than one 25 minute heat session....Dorkiness scale.I went cross-country by bicycle. And, on my second trip I wore a nice not-dorky-looking helmet all the way.Why did they have to make this thing sit on your head as if it were a big wienie beanie? Did they even think about what it would look like on your head before they finalized the design into plastic?...Comfort.At first, I found the gray, springy, puff-like things to press on my forehead in an annoying way; but as I used it... now it doesn't seem as bad as it did at the beginning.Does it work? There is the main question and I have only used it a week, so far; so can't tell you anything about that aspect of it. However, from a video I saw on YouTube, the guy used it, faithfully, every-other day, for 6 months. He took day-by-day shots of his head as it progressed. Shaved his head, even. After 6 months? No appreciable change.So. The question has to be asked is this just a high-priced rich person's scam?I will be using it, every day, and will do exactly as they say. In fact, I figure; if it works every other day - why not every day.So far I have been using it the full 25 minute session; but because of the problem with it feeling hot afterwards? I will probably change to doing it in three sessions of 8 minutes, instead. My life has proven that I stick to things even though they might be a hard day-by-day thing to do; so there will be no question that I won't do it. However, will it actually do anything?...So, consider before you buy this helmet. Research YouTube videos.I chose this one because it, not-only, had 82 laser diodes but also had another 200 Laser LED diodes. The Pro version of the Theradome has 80 laser diodes and no LED diodes.
