Regular plastic wrap works but I needed this because of the color, still got my sweat on. It works, not sticky, no foul smell, great value for money

Awesome use.

Will not stay in place. Rolls up with every movement. It’s a waste for me. It may be more ment for people who don’t have a little extra around the middle, like the person in the advertisement photo. It’s hard to pull apart/tear, and it won’t stay closed unless I wear it with a corset. Not ideal for working out if you’re using it around the midsection and you’re fluffy.

When I put the wrap on I love the way it makes you sweat when you're exercising and it does not come off.
