My father had NAFL. It got so bad that the blood could no longer circulate around the liver and it burst out from the veins in his throat. The hospital thought he had an ulcer and treated him for the wrong thing. The bleeding became worse and worse. Eventually, he was taken into his local hospital in 2020, due to Fatty Liver and died from COVID. I tell this tale, as you should never ever underestimate what Non-Alcholoic Fatty Liver can do to the body. My father never drank, yet his liver was like an alcoholic's.So what has this story got to do with TMG? I have a similar diet to my father. Hi Carb, lots of fruit and I adore cake. All things that are high in carbs and sugar. It's the mix that can damage the liver. Once the liver is damaged it affects the pancreas and the ability to produce Beta Cells, which regulate insulin. Once you cannot regulate insulin, you have resistance and then probably diabetes. All of this can be prevented/helped by protecting the liver. Even if the liver is partly damaged it can be healed, so the earlier you start protecting it the better. TMG helps to reduce the effects of Fatty Liver. It protects the cells of the liver and it raises L Carinite levels in the body. This has a side effect on heart protection. It helps the pancreas become more insulin-sensitive via Beta cell production.TMG should be taken in the morning. So does this product work? I have seen my insulin sensitivity improve over a long period. These are not an instant fix. You have to take it for a few months to see a difference. You must also reduce the sugars and carbs to help heal the liver. Once you start getting better your body can react to sugar spikes faster and more efficiently and this product has helped me do this.Overall this is a great product and one I am happy to recommend.

These supplements work out to just over £0.18 per capsule, for 500mg, which is the minimum dosage you should take per day.From my research, the levels of methylation you experience does decrease as you get older, but someone in their early 30's (myself being 31) shouldn't need to significantly increase their methylation just yet, so a daily dosage of this supplement shouldn't be necessary for the average person until their 50's.With that in mind, I take TMG every other day, making one bottle last me a good 6 months (and this 3 pack lasting a year and a half!),The main purpose of using this for me is to act as a methyl-donor, as I and my family take NMN which results in a decrease in methyl groups. This is especially important for my parents who are in their 60's, and is much more effective for them than for myself as they are 30 years older.We haven't found this to be a supplement that you *feel*, but the science is there to support its use.As normal, this is a pretty standard capsuled supplement in a recyclable plastic tub, and appears to be produced with good quality controls.For the price, it is worth the cost if you are either taking NMN or NR, and/or are over 50. If you are in your 30's like myself, it's questionable whether it's really necessary to take it, but as it is a very safe supplement to take I do take a capsule every other day as an insurance measure.

I ordered these TMG capsules from NMN-Bio to supplement the NMN I am already taking.I have been taking NMN for a few weeks and, though it’s very early days, I feel as though I have a real health boost, having noticed a marked decline in various age-related symptoms.I had read that it is recommended to supplement the NMN with TMG as, working together, it apparently greatly increases absorption and further enhances the overall benefits as well as providing additional support for liver and heart. As with any supplement, it is very difficult to assess efficacy in the short term and all I can say at the moment is that they do not appear to be doing me any harm and I have not experienced any unwanted or unpleasant side-effects, I note that one other review reported stomach upset but I can honestly say that I have had no such issue. They are tasteless and, though a little large, are quite easy to swallow. These TMG capsules are non-GMO, gluten free, suitable for vegans, certificated to ISO9001 and tested in the UK, so they do appear to be quite safe and of very good quality.At the recommended dose of 1 capsule per day, this three pack works out at only £5 per month which is quite affordable in the long term.

I wanted to try these because they're supposed to work in tandem with NMN which I'm evangelical about. TMG works in conjunction with the NMN, and means our body is able to absorb more of the good stuff. Yay, I thought.But within 2 days of beginning TMG, I got a very upset stomach. I know it was that because nothing else in my diet changed, and as soon as I stopped taking them, my stomach getting better.I looked it up and apparently this is a really common side effect with TMG - I'm disappointed because anything that improves NMN absorption is brilliant, but this definitely isn't for me.

My partner has been taking a very similar strength one of these for a while now form another brand and having switched to these and taken them for nearly 8 weeks now is very happy with them as seem just as effective. has had no issues and they work out slightly cheaper too so will probably switch to these full time and would happily recommend.
