Happy hubby
Hubby bought some Grey Timberland Gortex walking boots from Canada years ago (15 yrs perhaps), they are still comfortable but no longer waterproof. Ordered these for him as a replacement & he is very pleased with them, he is a size 7 and come up slightly larg so he has put an insole in them & he says they are now fine.

Good walking boot.
Fairly new to countryside walking a decieded I needed some walking boots. These fit the bill, comfortable, dry (even in water up to your ankles) and strong. Would recommend these.

We are on our third pair of these now. They are suitable for walking for most of the year but aren't warm enough if it's very cold. So comfortable to wear.

They would be comfortable to walk in if it wasn't for the sides ...
They would be comfortable to walk in if it wasn't for the sides digging into your ankle. They may get better the more I wear them, only time will tell.
