Love using yoga balls for a desk chair.Always measure! Even when you think you know, measure to be sure! I thought I knew what size i needed being an amazon woman, but this one is nearly too big for me to sit on when fully inflated. I can't sit on it when fully inflated AND sitting on the base.Covers is cool, makes sitting on it more comfortable, but it's a dog hair magnet and lint collector which is annoying and kind of gross. Haven't washed it yet because I am not sure if it will shrink so i just vacuum it.Ball itself feels thick and sturdy. Cheap pump that comes with all of them is annoying and squeaks like they all do so I use the spiked attachments with my regular bicycle tire pump to get it done faster and quieter.If you have issues with back, knees, hips, etc. after sitting at your desk all day, check your chair! I guarantee you are not sitting at the right height - having everything inline and at the right heights is so important. And getting one of these naturally puts your body in the best alignment for itself, then you just have to make sure your desk matches. If you have nervous energy this ball is great for fidgeting while you work. Rocking and doing make shift situps on it are great if you get stressed out at work. Rolling it in circles under your hips while you answer emails is great for gently strengthening your back and keeping it warmed up and loose. Just get one, you won't be sorry.

It's so comfortable! Easy to use. I left the cover a little baggy by leaving the ball underinflated, so I can make adjustments by grabbing the fabric, which is tactically inviting and very strong. I've been through a bunch of exercise balls, and I am sure this one will last much longer with the cover. I didn't think I'd really use the ring, but it has its own cover, and I'm coming up with all sorts of extra uses for it, plus it stabilizes the ball as a chair as intended. I'm super-pleased with this product. The cover is a game changer. Among other things, it lets me use it as a back rest. Grip without grit. I'm older than most folks who use these, and have no fear of it slipping or shooting out from under me and making me fall. What it's doing for my ribs, back, neck and hip joints is delicious and divine. It's complete, as in I didn't need anything extra to make it go. Somehow, I got the idea that it came with a foot pump, but the hand pump worked just fine.

Like many other reviewers, I had an issue with the cover being way too big and saggy after I blew the ball up. I actually processed a return, then while I was grabbing the box for the return, I noticed the instructions. It said that after blowing up the ball, you should wait 24 hours, then blow it up further. They provide a string inside the box to use as a measuring tool to achieve the exact size. Lo and behold, after inflating a bit more I had a perfect fit!

This is my new desk chair. The stabilizer ring is nice and keeps it from rolling away. Initial inflation wasn’t bad (follow directions & hints). I’ve had mine inflated for several months & have not had to add any air. The cover is nice so it’s not ‘sticky’ to set on. I did have a few stitches tear on the small handles when I have moved it so I’m not sure the cover (& handles) will hold up with high use - but it is working great for me and is the right height for my standard desk.

Nice concept, however getting the ball into the cover thru a hole the size of my hand, is impossible. Orienting the ball perfectly so the inflation nozzle is exposed through that hand sized hole for inflation, also impossible.Assuming you succeed with this, its not coming off ever again because you would need to deflate the ball which takes 10 minutes by the way. Remove the ball from the bag thru tiny hole somehow not destroy the crappy zipper, wash the cover, then suffer thru this process again. OH WAIT THERES MORE! Every time you deflate and reinflate, it takes 24 hours so you don't pop the special membrane so you wont have a chair for the day if you need to wash it.The entire reason I bought this was the nice cover and cool base from a decent brand but I wish I had watched some videos of people using this thing first

No issue inflating to the right size but it’s not convenient to inflate - important plastics bits that are easy to lose and you have to be quick to put the plug in. You also have to almost fully deflate the ball to remove the cover for washing, which means you have to do this inflating process all over again. Not sure if there are better designs out there, but it’s a huge flaw. Do like having a cover overall (no squeaky rubber feeling), but needs to be easier to remove and wash.

I am updating my review. I purchased 2 of the yoga ball chairs. The first one was perfect but the second one doesn’t seem to be the right size. Either the cover is too big or the ball was too small. Pictures of both yoga ball chairs are included.Update- the company finally reached out and not only refunded me for the yoga ball but offered me 99% off another one. I took them up on the offer and am glad I did. The issue was me. I was afraid to inflate the ball too far and am now enjoying all of the yoga balls. They put a piece of thin rope in the box and I recommend you use it. The rope will give you confidence to keep inflating the ball even when you are worried it will pop.While my original email to the company didn’t get a response, they more than made it right. When they emailed me saying I probably just needed to inflate the ball more, I thought they were nuts and almost sent them back a funky email. Waiting until the new yoga ball came in, clearly was a good plan.Thank you for getting back to me.

Easy to sit one. Air remains for a long time before having to reflat Color is prefect. It make you balance yourself which is great. Then you can always lean/roll back and get a nice stretch. Or just do crunches on. Endless possibilities great seat!
