Articolo doveva essere ricondizionato, come nuovo, invece si presenta logoro e sporco, la batteria non è stata sostituita e dura 1 ora, come anche la tastiera non è nuova, il sensore delle impronte non funziona. Il PC è pieno di graffi e segni di usura e sicuramente non vale il prezzo pagato.

Really impressed!!
I'm really blown away by this - its sold as a renewed/remanufactured machine but its basically impossible to tell that its been used before. Its as good as new! I was expecting a bit of a scuffed, tired machine but this one has really exceeded my expectations - its powerful, fast and very high quality.Delivery was quick which is just what I needed after my home laptop blew up just when I needed it for home schooling my kids!!Very happy with this - definitely will recommend as a great way to get a top-spec machine for a much lower price.

Think twice before buying a renewed laptop
I requested a refund for this product as despite it being claimed as being like new, the keyboard clearly hadn't been replaced, the fingerprint scanner didn't work because it had some weird gunk on it, the battery life was terrible, and basic windows functions like factory reset weren't possible due to errors. I'm really disappointed and I will never consider buying a renewed laptop ever again.
