This is not the highest quality this particular company sells. That being said this was absolutely delicious.

very disappointed
Very desappointed, I know foie gras, I am from France, family use to make it. picture doesn't conform with what I received . Blood, veins, nerves... nothing was removed properly. Bad preparation. can't be return.

This is a product of abused and tortured birds. Stop supporting a cruel industry. Foie gras is diseased liver. They purposely make the ducks and geese sick to make this product.

All you have to do is sear this in a sauté pan and it is wonderful. Melts in your mouth.
