A neat idea that keeps things tidy and organised, especially with phone charging cables draped everywhere. Fitted neatly to my sons bed and feels pretty sturdy. My only concern would be it getting knocked or kicked when getting in and out of bed, but it's not happened yet.I thought it was a little expensive, but it does feel good quality and well made, so I'd say it's value for money.

A bit pricey, which is why I won't give it 5 stars, but very smart nonetheless. It'd be even smarter if you had a way to adjust the height of the panel that you fit beside the mattress. Or if at least that panel came in different sizes. If it's too long, the screws can't catch a good enough grip on the side of the bed, so the shelf will lean. Alternatively, it'd be great if you could adjust the height of the screws, sliding them vertically and locking them in place with nuts, so that the felt-padded discs are always flush with the side of the bed.Here's what you should know:It fits an A4 size file or document wallet.The clamps come with thick felt padding. They fasten snuggly to the side of the bed.I chose this over the cheaper brand because it came with not one, but two cable openings, one on either side.It was a bit dusty on the bottom when it was delivered, as you can tell from the last picture. Didn't notice until I took the picture. Maybe give it a good wipe if you're allergic to dust.Will be buying more.Update: got another one. Happy with it.

Brilliant shelf thank you - nearly bought a similar one by a different supplier, but after carefully reading between the lines I went for this one. My son has a double ottoman leather bed and it fits perfectly. There is also padding where you attach the shelf which has been carefully thought through, along with a couple of small gaps which have been intentionally added to allow for electric leads (for example). I got fed up with items falling off my son’s table every time I moved it so this is a fantastic replacement and wish I’d found it before. I bought the Topelek 4 book light which easily attaches to the shelf - a great combination.

I was a little sceptical at first, but it’s perfect to what I needed as I don’t have a lot of room down the side of my bed again nicely made.

Buying furniture can be burdensome. This clips/screws on to the side of my student issue bed easily and is so sturdy. Made from wood it is easy to clean and has notches to help you keep your phone, water and other items close by.

I bought two of these and one was cracked so I returned it for refund. The refund request said I was sending two back but I wasn’t I only returned one. Never got anything back at all
