Alright portable “Bell of Shame”
Bought this item as a “Bell of Shame” for my work and it does a decent job as a portable bell when I need to hunt one of the workers down and startle them with it. Though I do wish it had a louder more menacing tone to it like a ship’s bell does. Those things ring fear into the hearts of those who are about to be shamed.

Great bell, sounds good and loud
We wanted a larger dinner bell that could be heard indoors + out. This fits the bill!Solid and looks good (wood plus polished brass). The bell is pretty loud -- good to hear throughout an entire house, but a bit loud in the room where it is rung (no surprise).
