Sky Premium Life Iron Food Supplement – 60 Capsules Vitamin Supplements with Iron, Vitamin B12, B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C – Supports Red Blood Cell Production - Vegan Friendly

After taking these for two weeks I started feeling more energetic more with it and wanting to do things..

The main problem with most iron suppliments is their affect on the stomach & bowels. This however, is one of the few I've tried & experienced literally zero side-effects with the iron being delivered in a stomach friendly & naturally occuring Bisglycinate form which has been clincially proven to increase abosrption and reduce common side-effects such as nausea, constipation, diarrhea, and dark-stools.My only issue with this formulation is that it is quite a large dose (with iron, it's always best to start of with less), but to get round this I'm taking X1 capsule every other day and as stated, thus far, I've had zero side-effects apart from those darker stools! The vegan friendly formulation is a big plus as are the added Vit B vitamins, all of which are aimed at reducing fatigue & complimenting the Iron. Price wise, it's also pretty good, not the cheapest on the market but very well packaged and formulated, so at £13.99 (price at time of review), it's a thumbs up from me and a healty 4 stars which would have been 5 had that price been a little less.The problem with Iron is that it is NOT easily abrorbed in the body and whilst red meat is by far the best way to boost iron levels, for those of us like myself, who try and avoid meat this is a near perfect formulation. For starters the Iron strength whilst not that high comes in its most easiest tolerated and absorbed form - ferrous sulfate, its a vegan formulation & it comes with that all important & complimentary Folic acid (helps make red blood cells). The price may not be the cheapest I've seen, but for that side-effect free experience, ease of use and the fact that its a good, yet tolerable strength & vegan formulation, makes it five stars from me!

There is not a huge amount to say about these tablets in reality but what I can tell you is all good. The tablets are manufactured in Greece and each serving of tablets contains 14mg of iron. Each tablet also contains Vitamin C, folic acid and vitamins B2, B6 and B12 which together can contribute to a reduction in fatigue, stronger immune system functionality and a better overall balanced health lifestyle. You receive 60 tablets in the pot and are recommended to take 1 a day so you have a two months supply for your money. They come in a little cheaper than the branded ones I have been purchasing up until now and the active ingredients seems to closely resemble each other, enough for me to make a permanent switch to these. The tablets are not too big compared to others too but I would still advise taking with water as opposed to dry swallowing.There are no listed artificial flavour or colourings although there is bulking agents used in the production. They are however, non GMO, vegan friendly, lactose, sugar and gluten free and suitable for those following halal and kosher dietary requirements. Overall I am really pleased with these tablets. There is nothing to dislike about these at all and I cannot find fault with them. At £9.99 for a 60 day supply (at time of review), I believe these represent good value for your money.

The benefits of vitamins and minerals is well known as is the need for iron etc. These have a fairly high dose of iron together with other essential vitamins/minerals. No Vitamin D though which I think a pity. The capsules themselves are bigger than some and some might have some difficulty swallowing. I found them easy enough to swallow. 2 months supply so recent value. I like multi vitamins as they mean taking one tablet for everything but with these you might also want to take a separate tablet for Vitamin D. This though is a good way to take iron, and the vitamins/minerals listed.

I have iron deficiency and have been struggling to find the brand that is perfectly suited for me. Some brands I have tried had odd after tastes or made me feel cloudy. This wasn't the case with Sky Premium Life and their amazing Iron Food Supplement. Firstly, how have I lived without this my entire life! I’ve always been anaemic and lacked a lot of iron. I’ve always been told by my doctors that my iron is crazy low. I’ve been told this since 14 years old. I’m 20 now.I’ve finally decided to take action and found these on Amazon and purchased due to good reviews. Literally on day 5 I was already feeling the benefits. I am now on week 2 of taking daily and I feel like a different person/ I am soooo impressed. I wake up early and go to sleep early, don’t feel tired during the day. My sleep routine is back in full effect. I feel life is taking a good turn, hope it stays that way. The capsules are well packaged in a jar and are fresh. Sky Premium Life's Iron tabletsI've needed to take iron tablets for some time. Sky Premium Life supplies a two months' course in a glass bottle, which are easy to take. Each capsule contains Iron, Vitamin B12, B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin C to help with absorption. Iron supports red blood cell production. No more being rejected from the blood donation clinic as my anaemia levels climb. No side effects from the tablets either. Made in the UK. Energy levels have increased.

I really like that besides iron these vitamins also include Vitamin B12, B6, Folic Acid and vitamin C which helps my body to assimilate. However, the pills are a bit too big for me and I have difficulties shallowing them. I get one month's supply from this tube so good value for the money and the deal was intact when received
