Q: How tall does is stand once assembled?

This is just the balloons and the “tape” the balloons attach to in order to make a garland. The stand in picture isn’t included. The kit would make a several foot long garland or several small. I did a very tall, curved staircase railing with this kit and it looked great (picture won’t upload).
