I've had this tank for just over a month now, and have really enjoyed it. Some features I really like:- The design of the chamber promotes water flow and it's very easy to set it up with your preferred media given the various water flow. I turned the second chamber into a fluid moving bed with K1 medias, and it works great!- The back chamber of the tank is about 8 gallons, so this gives ample filter / filter media space and help avoid over-stocking.- It's well-built. The entire thing is glass, including the back chamber divider (as opposed to acrylics which I've seen in many tanks).- The package was top notch. It came in a wooden crate and very well protected. We inspected the tank thoroughly and there were no damages / scratches.Additionally, their customer service was great! The return pump that came with the tank was making a loud knocking noise when used during the wavemaker mode with each wave. I've fiddled with it, cleaned, pump the air out of it, etc. and sometimes it would help, but the noise would always come back again after a few days. Eventually (like over 30 days after I've had the tank), I reached out to their customer service directly, and they responded promptly and sent me a replacement pump which I received the very next day, and it has been working silently ever since!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This tank is beautiful! The ultra low iron glass makes watching my reef tank satisfying. I did had an issue with the return pump controller and contacted support after 2 yrs and they replaced and upgraded a better pump.Customer service is top notch!!

Really disappointed was looking forward to this aquarium, came completed shattered. Fragile signage was very small, and don’t think it was handled appropriately.

The media could not be loaded. Everything the company claims is spot on honest. Clarity of glass is amazing. Only improvement I would recommend is making the grate on the water inlet from the aquarium into the filter chamber narrower so fish don’t get through it and secure the bottom grate better as mine broke loose.The shipping box came with a big hole smashed through the end, but luckily did not damage product.Several review mention stand & lid. I am unimpressed with customer service. No real instructions presented with the 20 gallon filter in rear tank.There is no available cover for this tank from Landen.I do not like the design of their dedicated stand. They expect you to have an overhanging lip of your tank come flush with the door. So, if anything should bump the front of the stand, your glass will probably break. Very bad design! They claim it is for aesthetics, but I would prefer safety. I reconfigured the alignment so the overhang is off the back of the stand, against the wall. Now I don’t have a leading edge of glass at the front of my display.

It comes in a wooden crate it is well made . the filteration partition is relatively large which would be advantagous to saltwater tank. the bottom intake does comes in thru a 1/4 inch narrow partition to pour into the main intake chamber at the top. Cleaning it would be difficult. Also between pump chamber and middle chamber exists a narrow chamber which is one inch wide and mostle serves to extend the path for water travel for better mixing and aeration. I am new to saltwater but I think this tank is perfect for all in one nano marine aquarium.

Not the best tank layout but for the price but it serves its purpose. The tank came packaged nicely in a wooden crate. The back chambers sizing is smaller then they list. You have to calculate in other factors. For example, the green tube for the pump and the overflow section. The over flow section it very hard to clean since it’s like less then half of an inch. I had to make my own filtration caddy. Finding a good protein skimmer that would fit, wasn’t loud, or break my pocket was hard. Hate that the tube it comes with is green and super thick. The black sides are film so be careful if you don’t want to remove them. Mine have scratches from adjusting the light etc.I thought the idea of the bottom flow was a good thing but it’s not. I have to put filter floss on the top layer and bottom layer because of water being sucked in from the bottom. Can’t had more than about an inch of live sand because of the bottom filter flow.

These Landen all in one tanks are such a good value. I'll never use anything else for 20 gallons of less. Shipped in a wooden crate, arrived perfectly. Pump makes a small amount of noise but I can't even complain. :). Perfect for display or quarantine tanks, highly recommended.
