For me this product seems to work very well. I tore my left bicep tendon a year ago and am also experiencing pain in the right tendon now so so any exercise involving these areas is difficult. I used this for the first time during chest day and was able to complete my entire workout with no pain.

My chiropractor friend recommended this brace to me, and I haven't gone back for an adjustment since. Sorry, Doc, but thanks again for introducing me to this bowtie. I spend a lot of time working on a computer or driving, and I've simply made a habit of wearing this whenever I plan to engage in either of those activities for more than an hour. My headaches have decreased dramatically, I'm sleeping better, and I've become addicted to good posture--it no longer feels right to let my shoulders slump. Even when I'm not wearing the brace, I find myself straightening my shoulders because that's the posture I've become accustomed to. Obviously, it won't fix every back or neck issue, but it was the perfect solution for me, and I couldn't be happier.

While I fit into the middle of weight category listed, I believe this was made for men who generally have bigger shoulders than women. While I do have wide shoulders, this didn't come close to fitting. Women should be instructed to size down. I returned it due a misrepresentation in size, but was charged for return shipping. I expect it could fit on a size down, it could be a great product, but due to the fact that I had to pay for return shipping, I cannot rate it higher. The price is also too high for what you are getting,

I am 76 years old and my personal trainer recommended this brace to help me with arthritis in my lower back to help me stand more erect and relieve pain when walking. The brace really helps, but, I have only one issue. I live alone and have no one to help me put it on or take it off. I am unable to do this myself. I am working on ways to help me, but, unfortunately I am only able to use it when I go for a session twice a week.

It will make you stand straight for sure because they're so tight and what they're made to do, they do it.Kind of hard to get off, after you get it on.

It pinches a bit under the arms at first. But can definitely feel it does what it’s advertised to do. After breaking it in a bit it becomes more comfortable. Has for sure helped my posture and correct form during heavy upper body lifts.

Got it for my husband. He was like meh. I tried it on but it was too big. It felt good to wear it—almost kinda felt like I was in traction bc of loss of range of motion in it. But it wasn’t my size. My husband returned it.

Great product! But be aware of the sizing information, which goes by body weight. I’m 160 lbs, so should be a medium...good to 185 lbs. I wear a 42 suit or large shirt. The medium was too small for me...needed a large. I suggest you order by chest size.
