I loved how the packaging of the product and it's attachments, it's a professional level tool you can buy and very good build quality of the derma pen and it's attachments. You get 2 battery and each can last up to 2 to 3 sections easily and the results after using it is as good as professional treatment ( don't expect results in single use it takes up to 3 months to notice a permanent change)

The media could not be loaded. I used it for microneedling and bb glow treatment. Its such an amazing product. Worth it

The device didn't switch on even for first time use. The battery was charged. Even using adapter, it doesn't work

Broken after using few minutes...... worst product
