Great and clean mold spray. I try to use this every 6 months in my basement. Mold can be very detrimental to your health. There was no after scent just smelled clean and fresh. Effective for our basement.

I bought this product for my truck. I wanted to make sure that I was using it properly, so I called the 800 number on the back of the can. The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable, & told me step by step how to use it. He advised to warm up the truck first, (this was in Jan), & after an hour, to open all the windows & air it out. It worked perfect. It killed all the mold, & no mildew smell. Note: place a saucer under the fogger before you dispense, it left a small water stain on the upholstery.

I purchased this to get the musty smell out of my ductwork. If you can't afford a professional cleaner to come clean your duct work, this is a good alternative. It did help reduce the musty smell coming from my floor vents after spraying it into the air return. I also, blocked off the floor registers to keep the mist mote concentrated inside the ductwork. I probably need to treat my system once at the beginning of AC season and 2 months later. Be sure to not make the mistake that many home owners do. Keep your AC fan setting on "AUTO". When the system stops running temporarily, this allows the collected moisture to drain outside. However, if you have the fan setting on "ON", this will cause the AC system to constantly run, never allowing the moisture to be removed from the house. This will make it harder to feel cooler and also create more mold problems in the house. If you need more circulation, get some floor or ceiling fans. Don't run you AC constantly.

Went to use and the product didn't have any aerosol to produce a fog...just spritzed liquid everywhere for a few seconds. Waste of money.

A basement bedroom developed a musty smell. Ran a dehumidifier for a good while along with an air cleaner but the smell still slightly lingered. I used this product in the 8oz size to fog the room before we left for a two week vacation, so the door was closed the entire time. Upon returning I opened the windows to air out the room and found the room now smells much fresher. I'm pleased with the performance of this product.

I'm particularly impressed with the odorless feature of this black mold spray. Unlike other products, it didn't trigger any sneezing while applying it. We took precautions by spraying and leaving the house for a few hours. This spray initially helped alleviate our issues of waking up with itchy eyes and congested noses for a few days, but unfortunately, the irritation resurfaced soon after. While it serves as a convenient quick fix, its lasting effectiveness seems to be somewhat limited.

A friend moved into a place that had a strong mold smell after they bought the house. We purchased this and it got rid of the smell right away. We actually used it twice to make sure it was gone. It's been over six months and still working.

I have used this product for multiple purposes and CAN not say enough. My garage had mold and we COULD not get them smell out. I put this stuff all over the ceilings and walls with the fogger and the smell was gone and never came back. I used it inside our home in a pocket door that had water damage and it literally got in the crevices and knocked the musty mildew /mold smell out. I would buy it 100 times again! Worth every single penny. The only complaint is one of the bottles didn't work right. I contacted the company and they sent me another bottle within a few days! So really not even a complaint, another compliment.
