This stuff is not cheap for one bottle so I was hesitant. I had a bedroom flood (under the floor) due to a broken pipe(trickle) while on vacation. After removing the floor and bottom of the walls, we found mold and mildew. Everything was treated but the stale flood smell remained. I was having flashbacks of friend's and family's houses that flooded during Hurricane Harvey. If you have ever smelled flood smell, you don't soon forget. I was afraid the smell would never leave. Before I installed the new floor, I purchased a can of this. I followed the directions listed. I entered the rooms 6 hours or so later and no flood smell! I was worried that the chemical smell and fragance would be overwhelming. It was not! Very light fragance and no strong chemical smell to speak of. I was shocked. I wish I had found this years ago.

I know this product says that you shouldn't put it inside a small closed space but I was desperate.I was dealing with a very bad HVAC smell which I tried to get rid of with UV lights, deodorizer sprays, coil cleaners, bleach, etc... nothing worked.As a last resort I shoved this bad boy in the air return, it only lasted for like 2 minutes spraying the contents of the can, then I let it rest for about 2 hours.I'm happy to report that the smell is now gone. It's been 2 weeks and it hasn't come back. This thing works.

This does NOT WORK nor us a fogger! It simply sprays like a water hose making a huge mess 3ft out in any direction again ZERO FOGGING effect to reach other rooms/ the 1000sqft it claims to help. This should be banned from Amazon for false advertisement!

Effective product, but the can I had was defective: the bomb trigger wouldn't stay locked down - kept popping up. I ended up using a face mask and spraying it all by hand (ugh). Very effective chemicals, but the spray can needs work. Would not recommend.

We got this for our RV. For about 300 square ft we used 3 cans. It had little to no smell and is safe for pets. It was definitely worth the purchase. It removed any mildew smells and cleaned up very easily.

I had a serious mold problem caused by gaps in the rim joist that allowed warm moist air to mix with cold air between the basement ceiling and first floor…we cut away a 16” section ceiling drywall along the perimeter of the finished basement and the smell was awful. We donned protective gear, cleared out bugs, plant and bug debris…and then bleached everything…but after drying for days the smell returned. So we bought 2 bottles of your product and set them both off in the basement after shutting down the water heater and furnace. No more mold or odor!
